There are many factors to look at ...
Firstly, are we talking about what’s the Best in General?
Or, what’s best for you?
For Best in General, there is nothing to-date that states that one antioxidant is better than another. It can be rated by the strength of the antioxidant. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that only “strong” antioxidants will give you the best "effectiveness".
Antioxidants should also be considered in terms of:

So, while we are on the subject of what are the best antioxidants, and since antioxidants exist is a lot (if not most of our foods), I thought it might be of interest to some folks, to know what are the best antioxidants in our foods.
Many literature propose different “best of” for each category.
I will attempt to provide the “best of” in each of the category - based on the reasons proposed in each of the literature and websites. However, because antioxidants are relatively new (nutrients) “discovery”, it is still evolving as more and more are being discovered, and the lists will change with new developments.
